I moved
to New York State in the summer of 1988. New York is a beautiful, huge state that ranges from vast stretches of farmland to mountain tops and valleys, and many variations of "towns". Traveling just fifty miles in any direction brings enormous changes.
Most people have either been to or seen pictures of New York City, and also many also assume that if one lives in New York, they automatically live in the city. I've encountered this many times and I know many others who've had this same experience. Of course, there's more to New York than the city. There's a vast utopia of beautiful mountains, lakes, and wildlife. So if you're ever up near these parts, be sure to stop by and visit! *NOTE: There are some links and General Area Information (Maps, etc.) at the bottom of the page* *Only some pages on here exist, so be patient and try them all!* |
