Virginia is a state that I'd driven through many times but never stopped for more then fifteen minutes. In January of 2004 I was called upon by my awesome boss to help finish a project there. The project lasted two weeks but we didn't have much time for sightseeing. I made up for this by taking many awesome photos of the area we were working, right on the James River.
   Lawne's Point was settled in the late 1670's by Captain Lawne, across the river from the original Jamestown, which was founded in 1607. Alas, Capt. Lawne and his fellow settlers succumbed to Malaria only six months later...
